The location is nice, but i was severely disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. Two coffee pods for three days is just absurd. The air freshener in the bathroom was so overpowering it. A complimentary upgrade would have been nice for all my troubles, but clearly, that was too much to ask.

The residence is situated right at one end of the Charle's Bridge, really convenient for sightseeing both sides of the River. Apartment #1 is a huge 2 bedroom condo with an adequately equipped kitchen minus a toaster. #6 is again a 2-bedroom but smaller. #6 is a 1-bedroom. All are clean and nicely furnished but #1 is the best.
This is a residence and not a hotel. Also it needs to have phones and maybe air-conditioniong installed to make it a 5-star accommodation.

Very nice residence in an excellent location for exploring the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the airport transfer service and are more than happy to recommend it. Our apartment was compact but perfectly adequate. We were provided with a fan when we realized our room did not have air conditioning.
Our room (room 5, floor 4) did not have Air conditioning, this is only in the common areas and I believe some of the more expensive rooms. Unfortunately we booked believing that it did. Also, our room did not have a view of Charles Bridge or Prague Castle, as stated. We could only see a wall (quite close) and some roof tops.

The views from the Superior Apartment were fine, especially of Prague Castle. The tram noise at night was disruptive.

Excellent choice for Prague. Great location. We had a small appartment but sufficient for 3 day-stay. Newly refurbished with nice new kitchen and bathroom. Every day cleaning. Highly recommend in terms of location, quality and price. Little bit noisy because our appartment was facing the main pedestrian street leading to Charles Bridge but in general it is a quiet part of town at night. Would not recommend to people who are coming with a car - very difficult parking situation in the whole area, it is a historical pedestrian area.

Beautiful building and extremely clean. Large room, bath, and kitchen overlooking the Charles Bridge and a short walk to the castle. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing! The suite had both a breathtaking view and a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like home. The complimentary upgrade was such a delightful surprise! However, the parking situation was quite expensive and offsite. I would definitely come back!

I had generous sized and brand-new presidential king suite. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, within a close distance from Charles Bridge.

Can just recommend for a momentary pause
Spacious apartment, immaculate kitchenette, with a tram stop conveniently located right in front, with access to all major attractions.
No significant issues encountered .

Penthouse Apartment, outdoor courtyard, excellent internet connectivity
A few issues to consider!!! The parking fees felt excessive!!! Minor plumbing concerns like inconsistent water temperatures and low sink pressure were bothersome!!! Noise disturbances from trams could disrupt light sleepers!!!

The rooms were of amazing value compared to other cities we stayed in on our trip. The knick-knacks and curios in all the rooms kept us entertained. The kitchenette was perfect. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and if anyone ever asks where to stay in Prague, I would definitely suggest the Malostranka. Nicole was very professional and helped us a lot with our planning so please pass this along from her "cousins" from her homeland - hopefully she'll remember us! Her help was much appreciated!
There was a musty smell in the entrance. This wasn't apparent in the rooms however (our family stayed in 3 separate rooms). Also, our parties got vastly different rooms for the same price. One family had the huge executive suite on the first floor. Another family had a very nice executive suite on the fourth floor. The third family was disappointed though. They paid the same price for a two-room suite on the fourth floor (even though the room was still very nice and of great value). One other thing I'd suggest is: we stayed in the large executive suite on the first floor. The curtains were too transparent - they let all the light from the street in. Now I'm being really picky here!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We had cleaner come in and clean towels provided everyday. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. We were particularly impressed by the staff's attending to the water heater problem at 10 pm on our first night. The apartment was in an impeccable location from which we could tour around the city on foot. The tram stop was just right outside the main entrance.
It would be good if a washing machine could be provided at the apartment.

The personal touch offered by the manager, Marketa, and her staff was a highlight, as they were helpful with local bookings and assistance.
The WiFi connection was unpredictable, making it difficult to stay connected .
